Return Policy

7 DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY:

We believe that you will love your Porcelain goods. Please follow the relevant procedure below should you wish to return your purchase.

Conditions:

  • Product must be in orginal packaging – in new condition and unused
  • We do not accept change of mind return on clearance items
  • Product will be inspected on it’s return and the credit of the product cost will be issued
  • Customer to return item at own expense, and take due care with packaging of fragile items (preferrably returning in the orignal  box)
  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

What is not covered:

  • Where the change of mind exceeds 7 days
  •  Items has been used, or Items where packaging is in no longer new condition.
  •  Any delivery costs relating to the return will not be covered.
  •  Any delivery costs associated with the original order will not be refunded (unless the product is broken/faulty).

RETURN POLICY ON FAULTY GOODS:

  • We will replace any goods that arrive faulty or damaged (as per our website terms and conditions).
  • You must notify our Customer Service team within 72 hours of receipt and they will arrange for return of the goods in an appropriate manner.

BREAKAGE ON ARRIVAL

  •  Please email Customer Service a photo of the broken goods within 72 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund if an item is not in stock.
  • Please check all contents of your order with 72 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Please email a photo of the broken item(s) to Customer Service within 72 hours of order delivery.
  • Please quote your order and/or invoice number clearly on the return.

We have a good record for the safe arrival of fragile goods. However if on arrival your goods are broken please contact us within 72 hours of your order being received and we will organize a replacement.

 

Change of Mind

  • In the event that you do not want the product after it arrives, we will refund the cost of that product within 30 days, as long as it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging with 7 days of receipt.  
  • Any delivery costs to the original order will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or broken.

Important – when returning goods to us please ensure you obtain a certificate of postage, available from the Post Office, free of charge.  Please note this does not insure against loss in the post.
